92. To get the facts you have to ask a mail processing equipment mechanic or electronic technician.

Clerks do not operate postal machinery. This requires a mechanic MPE or an ET. I'm really sick of these reporters who can't do simple homework. It's quite possibly an old and unwanted machine. I have helped scrap obsolete mail sorters and other things.
