38. No, it wasn't a great speech.

It was a workman-like speech, well written and reasonably well presented. It should come as no surprise to anyone that it was rife with lies.

For what Malaria was expected to do, it was done as well as it might be.

Someone with so few OPs should not be eviscerated for not being sufficiently strident in his condemnation of Malaria's speech. DU is best served if we encourage discussion.
