Nice family, I was friends with their kids.

Family style event, cookout and no alcohol.

We had an older black couple that lived across the street from us show up. Everything was pleasant and fun.

I helped the kids pick up dishes to take inside to be cleaned.

When my buddy took in the dishes the black couple had used, his Mom said to just throw them in the trash. They aren't fit to use again.

That's what this reminded me of.
