Am reminded what wonders eating a pickle and drinking some water can do - will it be awesome? No, but can help you hydrate and cool down a little. Also, foods with potassium like fruit (citrus, kiwi), dried apricots, and pumpkin seeds taken with water over the day can help your body regulate better in the heat. Replenish those minerals (calcium, too) to reduce the possibility of muscle cramps, and flagging energy. Sorry to nag if you already know all this, figured Id mention it just in case.
Yall are making it work, and you can get through it. Am rooting for you, and will contribute to the Red Cross Laura response.
