to steal some of that money from the taxpayers when he golfs, I am sure he is doing his best to find even more ways to get more money before he gets voted out of office. After all getting all he can from the treasury has been his goal from day one, and of course we can't forget his kickbacks on no bid contracts, deals with other countries, and all those ventilators they over paid for!
