15. I'm a poll worker and it doesn't work that way.

1. If you've voted by mail, and it's been received, it's notated in the Voters' Book on Election Day, and the voter will be refused access to the voting machine or a provisional ballot.

2. If the voter's mail-in ballot has not been received on Election Day, obviously it's not in the book. BUT when it is opened for counting, that voter will be researched to make sure s/he didn't already vote. The mail-in vote will not be tabulated.

3. Each vote is cross-referenced in anticipation of double-voting.
