7. Very convenient to the African Americans community.

Like always if houses and businesses need to be destroyed for these types of projects they are in African American parts of town. In Orlando we have a major street called Division street. Guess what it separated?

But in this case it works out. Many of the African American churches are within a mile of the place. Souls to the Polls will be easier than ever.
