2nd...she had just had a wash so no mask. Now, should she have double checked. In retrospect yes, but she had been going there for years and trusted the people when they told her it was within the SF law. MOre fool she. It was a set-up, deliberate and provocative. And she was caught.

Wonder if the other clients of that salon will be going back.
