Then, suddenly, he raises his head and says, "The real reason that the Founding Fathers wrote the Declaration of Independence was because they were starting to personally lose money under George III. If the British monarch wasn't trying to use the Colonies as a piggy bank to pay for foreign adventure elsewhere in the world, we'd still be singing, 'Rule Britannia', and drinking a toast to our revered Queen Elizabeth at closing time."

He then goes back to mumbling into his drink.
