we already eat most of those regularly

salmon
tuna
flaxseed (oil)
turmeric
pears
apples
bananas
broccoli

brussels sprouts (halve them, de-stump, pan fry in butter with lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, and then lastly cranberries, top with a balsamic vinegar/sugar sauce reduction)

baked potatoes (Swedish new potatoes mostly, nypotatis med dill )


beans
lentils
chickpeas
oatmeal
brown rice
yogurt with live and active cultures (Greek and Icelandic (skyr) especially)
kimchi
kombucha <<<< LOVE
miso
apple cider vinegar
fortified milk
egg yolks
salmon

mushrooms (love golden chanterelle ie, kantareller which are the queen of Swedish mushrooms)
