20 minutes on, 20 minutes off. The only way to heal a back is light activity and ice numbs the pain enough for you to do it. I have a glass back, I know these things.
Worst customer "service" I ever encountered was AT&T, gang of dudegros who thought being blind was funny. I will never use AT&T for anything again. If it's the only provider, I'll do without.
The weekend has been broken here because of temperatures that have been 10-15F above normal for most of the summer, with no break. The monsoons failed completely this year. It's supposed to hit 100 today and the high on Wednesday is supposed to be 48.
This is going to SUCK.
