28. This election isn't going to be pretty, no matter the outcome.

Stating the obvious, if Biden wins, Chump will be off the rails for his final two months in office, and will tie up whatever he can in the courts...a real mess. If Chump wins, then we have more problems because he'll have free reign for the next four years.

Biden will have a very full plate once he walks in the door. The clean-up of Chump's legacy will be enormous, time challenging, and life sucking. Joe and Kamala will spend the first year just getting us back to some kind of normalcy - time, by the way, I'm willing to grant them because the task will be "huuuuuge". First, they need to get their occupancy permit on Nov. 3.

I swing between excitement about our ticket to despair if this time is also stolen away from the Dems. The polls don't interest me after the debacle of 2016; I no longer have any faith or trust in them. I won't allow myself to get over-confident as I did for Hillary, only to be pushed into a pit of depression. I'm working, donating, and voting for Joe and Kamala because I believe in them, and they are our hope for our future.
