28. I think it comes down to some (maybe a lot) of people not being reminded of their faults

For white people, it's the fault of either being racist, engaging in racist talk, jokes, etc. Or it's being reminded that you probably haven't done enough when you've been around that type of behavior.

When we talk about racism, it forces white people to look inward. It's not comfortable.

But the truth is the truth. And white people need to feel discomfort. We need to look inward. This is the only way to make progress.
