19. Trump could walk out on stage completely naked covered in puppy blood

And refuse to say anything for the entire 90 minutes and Republicans would say he won. It's not about what they say. It's about keeping bidens current coalition in tact and preventing whatever undecided voters that are left from jumping on board with Trump.
