Something that should have be regulated out of existence many years ago. There should be NO exceptions! I had given up a phone for over 2 years because of the crap we would get. I now have a cell phone that only accepts calls from my family, known numbers.

Charities that make money off of cold calls only get a small percentage of the amount donated.
