It's in their DNA and always instinctive to react to keep the economy running at full steam no matter what the circumstances. Pandemics, crazy weather changes, wars are just inconveniences that must somehow be profited from.

These attitudes create a ravenous hunger for power that consumes and makes amoral the best of mankind.
