Stone can still be prosecuted for crimes he has yet to be tried for. Or committed. Congress can subpoena him to testify on a variety of issues and nobody's going to pardon him if Trump loses in November. Unless SCOTUS rules that Trump can provide a blanket pardon for all past and future crimes. I think only Thomas would rule in favor of that.
