South Dakota attorney general involved in fatal car crash

8. There is no direct statement one was done, but there was this sentence that could suggest it was

"A spokesperson for the South Dakota Department of Public Safety said details about the car accident, like whether alcohol was a factor and if any charges are pending, are expected to be shared on Monday."

I admit that when I wrote the other post, I had assumed that this comment meant that it was, but looked at carefully, there is nothing to preclude them saying no test was done because the police did not see anything to warrant it. Not to mention, there is no info on who was in the wrong and caused the collision. It could be if the victim was the cause and if the AG seemed sober, they might not have done a test. I guess we will hear more today.
