meaning a pardon / no prosecution plus whatever and then he'll call off the brown shirts etc
But make no mistake - he's doubling down with his base in order to build the fanatic army he thinks he may need. Tin pot despot / dictators 101.
I *hope* but I'm not sure if there will be enough momentum to avoid it and throw his and anyone else's ass in jail
