1) In North Carolina it is not only illegal to vote twice it's a felony to encourage some one to do it. So fatnixon's risking a felony by encouraging double voting and
2) In North Carolina the voter's history is maintained in a statewide data base accessible by the click of a mouse on Election day, your vote history is so current it can tell if you went to one place, may or may not have attempted to vote and then went to another polling place and tried to vote there. How do I know this? I'm a trained election judge and although I am only qualified as an assistant judge, we are responsible for checking the voting status and voting history of each prospective voter. This includes non citizens and felons who both, believe it or not, will get in line to vote.
