At this point it’s out of spite as much as determination and hope. I know that’s how he’s done it before, when it was a contractor or subcontractor he stiffed or any bank he didn’t pay back or anybody trying to sue him for redress or justice of some sort.

He tries to bully and intimidate. And if that doesn’t work, he strings it out. Filing lawsuits, going to court seeking delays and reschedulings and other tap dancing. Hoping to wear ‘em out so they give up in disgust OR give up because they run out of money. And then he might offer a “settlement” to “make them go away, for pennies on the dollar.

There is not enough money in the world that he could offer me to get me to stop OR shut up OR go away. Besides, let us NEVER FORGET: this IS That Guy Who Lies All The Time, so I know better than ever to count on anything he’d say OR promise.
