This is not incompetence. This is a deliberate political strategy at all levels. I think it's pretty clear that Fatso and Jared deliberately failed to address the pandemic so as to lay the blame on the Blue States.

Every single person associated with this criminal catastrophe should be in prison, starting with the Fat Infector-in-Chief and his "daughter" Ivanka's husband.
