But this isn't about PR voters.

It is about sympathetic Florida voters. We don't actually have a lot of people of Puerto Rican descent in Florida but in a hotly contested state it could matter.

Ironically, several of the Puerto Rican people I know had to leave PR because of the shutdown of the pharmaceutical industry. If you don't know, they used to have very favorable tax laws for drug manufacturers so it was a very good industry for them.
