First of all, they have a good chance to stop it for many reasons. Secondly, not fighting could just as easily demoralize Democrats because many people feel they haven't fought hard enough in the past. In contrast this will energize Dems of all stripes that will carry through to the election.

Plus, expanding the court, especially up to 15, will not be as easy as some seem to think. And do we know Biden would do that?

To those who think there is little way Dems can stop it should read many of the articles going around today that make very rational arguments why they can win this fight. But some seem to want to give up before the fight begins. That's a surefire way to lose.
