I say resist and protest, but let McConnell proceed. If he fills RBG’s seat, it will guarantee Dems win control of the senate with 55+ seats, AND then we kill the filibuster, and expand SCOTUS to 15 seats, so Biden can appoint 6 young, new RBG’s to the court.

No deals with fascists.
