34. We aren't going to win this battle.

So, everything you say is irrelevant tbh because it's going to happen regardless.

There's only a few scenarios here and none - absolute none - end with the GOP not filling that seat:

1. They don't confirm until after the election, Biden wins and, in the lame duck period, they push through a nomination.

2. They confirm before the election, Biden wins but that judge now sits on the court.

3. Those scenarios but Biden loses.

At this point, it's over. Anyone who thinks this seat can be saved is crazy delusional. So, the next thing wev have to figure out is which scenario benefits the 2020 election.
