Unless you're aware of some loophole no one else is, there's not much stopping McConnell at this point. The only chance is that he can't get enough votes, but there's little reason to believe this will be any different than Kavanaugh.

I agree that we should put up a fight because the whole process is a hypocritical joke and we need to be on record against it, but there seems to be little in the way.
