of Kentucky.. This was pushed by an ex legislator who is now a lobbyist for Derapaskas company. Mcturtle got the Aluminum plant in Ky, The lobbyist wife got a permanent Judgeship.. Things seem hinky or is it just "business".. ?squid pro quo?
