3. I wish I could find a good anti-anxiety med

Antidepressants don't seem to do anything for me, well at least the three I've tried. I've been trying the therapy thing. Done 3 sessions so far. Still uncertain where it is going to go and if I'm even accomplishing anything doing it. I suppose it is too early to judge.
