The average of the latest polls in WI have Biden up by 6.7% according to Real Clear Politics.

You didn't say where in WI Velshi was interviewing, but I'd guess it's not in Madison or Milwaukee. Reporters tend to seek out conservative areas to interview the man on the ground.
