2/3 majority in House and Senate to change it again.

I do believe the Trump appointee will be seated on SCOTUS. No doubt about that.

I don't believe we should not retaliate - if we have the ability to prevent further retaliation.

2/3 Majority is a Nuclear Option.

Could also write in the to change it back to 9 - the longest serving justices have to be removed.
