Blackburn is presiding, and tried to stop him. Didn't work, the Colorado senator is still relaying McConnell's history as majority leader.

Catch it if you can.

ETA: He finished and they are adjourned. Looking forward to when the video is available. When Blackburn read him the rule about senators not saying bad stuff about each other, he stayed calm and thanked her, then noted McConnell's comment about Harry Reid being "the worst" and no one sanctioned Mitch for that.
