Lots of hinky shit, an administrative rule that supposedly changed a statute (When a Judge in Tallahassee asked how that could happen the Repuke lawyers ran like scared rabbits). The Repukes cheated their way through. Dems were afraid to challenge military ballots. James Baker and Roger Stone. Same shit different day.
