12. I know, right?

Several people have Smart cars at my work and when I arrive in the dark around 6 am, I'll whip my Jeep into a parking spot only to find one of these little cars pulled in as far as they can go, and the spot looks empty. Why don't they park them halfway in so you can see them? I'm starting to believe these car owners do this just to piss me off.
