We will need to use the political process rather than the judicial to oppose or repeal restrictions on privacy and reproductive rights, same-sex marriage bans, measures suppressing voting rights, and measures seeking to conjoin church and state.

They are more about Racism than Roe V Wade. Roe v Wade is more about wanting to control women

The next step is to make abortion illegal nationally. That is sufficient to keep them galvanized.
