The apartment directly beneath Trump’s penthouse was owned by the mistress of Semion Mogilivitch, the boss of bosses of the Russian mob. Trump sold several other apartments in Trump Tower to associates of Mogilivitch. The FBI has described Mogilivitch as the most dangerous mobster in the world. He lives openly in Moscow which means either Putin tolerates him or Mogilivitch tolerates Putin.
