57. Yeah, these ads seem to assume people have seen the tape.

I think seeing and hearing Mitt say "I'll never convince them to take responsibility or care for their lives" causes one's fists to involuntarily clench in a way nothing else can.

I think if portions of the tape like that, and "It's my job not to care for those people", were on ads and seen by "soft" Republicans or the rare undecided voter, it could easily flip some votes. I seriously doubt that the tape has been shown nearly as much on Fox News as on other networks, so it's very possibly for GOP voters to have been largely shielded from it except what the Fox pundits and Rush told them to think about it.

I hope that there can be some ads that prominently feature the tape itself rather than just referring to it.

I do agree that the messaging on these ads is very clear, succinct and well done, though.
