First, the 25th was written when you could still get some consensus between the parties, and when one party, the one in power, wasn't filled with narcissists and total power mongers who thought that raw power was feasible in establishing one party minority government. Any move to use the 25th for any extended time period will also be fought each step of the way by the family members, and other criminals (Barr is one) infecting this white house.
