OK, a bit "childish" but most psychologists do use it.

One can ONLY speak if they have a talking stick. The moderator is the umpire (ie tennis) and each group would have line judges that take their cue from the umpire or have their own time. They take and give disposable talking sticks.

Yes, on the first one I would have loved to see Biden use it in "other ways" but hey, it's a start. .
