That Vice President Biden, in conjunction with the Obama administration and the EU and IMF, asked the Ukrainian president to replace the prosecutor general who had outright abandoned the probe into Burisma's founder.

Even if the super-sketchy laptop story was actually true, I don't see exactly how it proves any malfeasance on Joe Biden's part. There is simply no there there.
