The race will be called by all of the networks election night and no one will take anything Trump does afterward seriously. The SC isn't going to take any case from someone who lost by double digits. Roberts is very concerned about the legacy of "his" court and isn't about to turn it into a kangaroo court, Amy or no Amy. They'll simply refuse to take any cases from Trump.
