Who does that?
Maybe someone who actually, sincerely, gives a damn - about someone else beyond himself?
I think we're so unaccustomed to that, by now, that it's not surprising some people react like they've never seen or heard of this kind of response before from a presidential candidate, much less experience it for themselves
