Already voted (at a minimum), 25,827,135, 18.6% of the number of total voters in the 2016 election
Some obvious gaps (Oregon, Washington, for examle - Prof McDonald will probably catch up), but based on reporting states 25,827,135, or about 18.6% of the number of total voters in the 2016 election, have voted. State-by-state stuff on the second tab (mouse over state for percentages voted) is really interesting.
