They do have a history of resorting to patching together a sex/drug scandal when they have nothing credible to damage a powerful & influential threat to the rest of the bullshit they're shoving down our throats.
There is a definate pattern ....

Bannon, Ghouliani, Stone, Assange, Greenwald, Cenk, Rogan, FOX, Haberman, Sirota, ...etc.
