It is pure folly to believe Trump will go away, or suffer any type of legal impairment that prevents a 2024 run. Trump has been a liar and cheat forever. That means he has weaseled out of one predicament after another. Money and power allow that.

The big hurdle is getting beyond all the legal hurdles to have Biden inaugurated. Barr is laying low now only because he is preparing an avalanche of crap in November. All you have to know is Trump's background with Roy Cohn. That points to where we are headed.
