In the OP. And really, you can't rely on anything that's posted on Twitter as fact, but we see lots of tweets around here, so when I thought it was genuine, I posted this one. I expect most of the people retweeting this on Twitter think it's genuine.
I would always investigate an original source to see if something is true.
