I'd prefer it if NH weren't lumped in with the rest of the states governed by republicans.

NH is more of a purple state, and the blue parts are, as far as I can tell, being pretty responsible. All public places require masks, and most employees and customers are complying. Not all, but easily 90%+ from my observations. The harder hit areas are republican, but they are also more densely populated, and I would argue that that's as much the reason for more cases than political leadership. Don't get me wrong, there are some truly vile republicans in NH, and let's not forget that parscale called NH home, as did white supremacist christopher cantwell.

Also, while I would prefer a Democratic governor, it's probably not going to happen for a while. Chris Sununu is popular and he is standing firm on the no income or sales tax thing. And running without what they call here "taking the pledge" is tantamount to losing.
