26. Smart businesses NEVER extend credit to political campaigns.

Ages ago, when I worked for the local Bell Telephone Company, we required huge deposits before installing phone service for campaigns. We were very clear that if bills were unpaid, dial tone would go away FAST!

Campaigns are like quantum particles. You look away and POOF! They're gone!
