....at any point apologize for the decades of hate radio he has used to divide this country? Did he recant or express any remorse for the thousands of lies he has told over the years? Did he show any regret for his life long smug, hateful, demeanor? Any pang of guilt for filling so many Americans heads with so much disinformation on issues like climate change that it's now impossible to even get them to grasp reality on such an important issue? Did he retract his call for tougher sentences for drug users despite his history of eating vicodin like tic tacs?

I don't wish cancer or death on anyone. My father died this past year of liver cancer. But getting cancer doesn't transform you into a better person or automatically absolve you of all your sins. And Rush is one of the worst humans to ever draw breath on this planet.

Limbaugh has done more than any other one person I can think of to fuel the irrational hatred of the far right in this country. He has helped make compromise between Republicans and Democrats virtually impossible in the climate of hate that he has spawned. Not to mention lining his pockets with cash in the bargain.
