Fortunately, I worked on second shift, and there were only a few of us in the shop, and all spread out. I had already been washing my hands a lot more, just from the news reports, and I always ate alone at my workbench. No one else got sick on my shift.

I did fasting bloodwork at the same doctor two days before my symptoms started, so I almost certainly picked it up there.
